For the businesses nobody answers anymore · live in search & recruiting

Make the call already knowing.
Not on a feeling.

We don't give you data. We give you information you can act on.

Your buyers screen the calls and delete the cold emails; generic outreach doesn't land anymore. The message that does land names the move they just made. Rhaven watches your market, catches that move, and hands you who to contact, what to say, and why, sourced. And it runs the routine in between. You keep the decisions.

Not a database. Not a dashboard you operate. A partner that does the watching. You keep the decisions.

Want the engine first? How it works, under the hood

Watch. Decide. Repeat. The bird does the knowing. You make the calls.

What lands at 6 AMLive today

A real output, one of several. No dashboard to open; it’s in your inbox.

The problem

Nobody answers anymore. And the old playbook is why.

  1. 01The problem

    Calls screened. Emails deleted.

Your buyers stopped picking up unknown numbers and stopped opening cold email. It isn't a statistic to the people living it. It's every Monday morning, working a list that doesn't work back.

  2. 02It's getting worse

    Everyone's working the same list.

Your competitors bought the same contact data and pointed AI at the same template. The noise floor rises every month, and a cleverer subject line won't clear it.

  3. 03The way through

Name the move they just made.

The one message that still gets answered is the one that could only have been written for them: it names the thing that just happened in their world, the morning it happened. That isn't volume. That's knowing.

What that looks like

Not a template with a name swapped in. One message, born from one move, naming it in the language of their world.

AssistedA person reads and sends every one. Nothing goes out on its own.

What we mean by a signal

A signal is a move someone just made, caught the morning it happens.

A contract gets awarded. A leader changes seats. A public filing drops. And in your own records, you spoke with exactly the right person about exactly this, a year ago. Any one of them, alone, is noise. Rhaven is the one thing that ties them into a single sentence: who to call, and why, today.

Signals, over time

One move is a signal. The same move, three times across your market, is a trend forming. Rhaven never forgets a move it has seen, so it shows you the line, not just the dots. Anyone starting fresh today sees only today.

It doesn’t feel like “more information.” It feels like walking in as the person who did the homework, and being the one they remember.

Half the signals that matter never touch the public internet. They happen in your own conversations.

How the engine actually does this

What lands on your desk

Forget the engine. Here’s what you actually get.

Every morning, that connected picture lands as real things: a brief, a call list, a one-pager you can hand a client. You don’t run any of it. You read it, and you decide who to call.

Who moved in your market overnight

Open your inbox to a one-page brief, and the one name to call first.

The call listLive today

A ranked shortlist of the people worth your morning; the reason sits next to each name.

The walk-in one-pagerLive today

Walk into the meeting already knowing

A client-ready market brief with your name on it. It turns you from a vendor into an advisor.

The heads-upIn build

A nudge before it's public

An early flag on the account that's about to move, so you're first, not just fast.

The openingAssisted

The message that names their move

A first draft already in your voice, naming the move they just made, for your read and send.

The whole bird

You hired a watcher. What showed up runs the office.

Every morning
The desk is already set
The 6 AM brief, the team brief, and the drafts already written, waiting for your read.
Through the day
The work closes itself
Tasks born from the morning's moves, routed to the right person, closed by the work itself. A thirty-second call closes the task; four quiet hours and it lands on the owner's desk.
Monday
The week, graded
A market digest for the team, and a coaching review for each rep that remembers last week. A new hire gets the same review from week one.
Before you wake
It preens
It audits itself every morning: self-checks, small fixes made on the spot, and anything that ages escalates.

The eight parts, and the behaviors behind them

Why it's called Rhaven

Odin was called all-knowing. The knowing was the ravens'.

Every morning, in the old Norse stories, two ravens left Odin's shoulders and flew out across the world. Huginn and Muninn. Thought and Memory. They watched everything and came back to whisper what they had seen into his ear. Odin sat the throne and made the calls; the ravens did the rounds. His wisdom was never magic. It was coverage, gathered daily and delivered before breakfast.

That is the whole idea of Rhaven, and the reason for the name. You sit where Odin sat, and the decisions stay yours. Rhaven is the pair of ravens working your market: out at dawn across government economic releases, postings, the trades, and your own records, back with who to contact, what to say, and why. Thought and memory, on the wing.

It took a recruiter to build it, because a recruiter needed it first. Our own search firm runs on Rhaven every morning, and it did for months before we offered it to anyone. The rhythm above is the one our mornings run on.

Our ruleWe run on it before we sell it.

Proof it’s real

It isn’t a demo. It’s what the system already does.

Everything above runs in production today. It’s the system we run our own business on, every morning, before we ever sold it. You ask it anything in plain English (no query, no key, no dashboard) and it answers from everything it has watched and remembered, in your words and your numbers.

The window you look through

One private chat. Ask it anything.

A plain-English chat, private to your business. The totals are the easy part. Ask what sits underneath them: which conversations moved, which accounts cooled, who you promised to call back. It answers in your words, and every answer exports on the way out. You never see a query. You never hold a key.

Who in our markets is moving on the thing we sell this month?
Four came up in the last ten days. Two are repeat buyers in this band. One just closed a major move. That's the one I'd open first.↓ export to spreadsheet
Show me everyone we've talked to at the third.
Six contacts. Last conversation was fourteen months ago; they asked you to circle back this spring.
We made a lot of calls last month. Did any of it matter?
Two of those conversations did more than the rest combined; both were with owners who just lost a senior person, and your notes say you offered to help. That's tomorrow's first call.

Six of the eight parts run in production today. One is in early test; one keeps a person in the loop on every send. Here’s exactly where each stands, no rounding up.

Live todayThe 6 AM brief, your whole history, call insight, the ranked match list, new names daily, and a real client market snapshot: all running in production now.
In buildThe heads-up (calling a move before it’s public) is in early test. We’ll show you exactly where it stands.
AssistedDrafts are written for you in your voice, but a person reads and sends every one. Nothing goes out on its own.

Every answer carries its receipts. That's how you know it's facts, not a guess.

The 6 AM brief has landed every morning in production: a standing habit, not a demo.

We deliver the knowing.

A quiet 30-minute tour. We map the parts of Rhaven that fit your business, and tell you the parts that don’t. A working session, not a pitch. Watch. Decide. Repeat: the bird does the knowing, you make the calls.
